Coaching is a partnership in which the coach supports their client to achieve a goal.
Through guided convsersation I will help you to identify what you want to achieve, and the steps you need to take to achieve it.
I will then support you to complete the steps, and deal with any hiccups along the way.

I offer face to face coaching for clients in the South East, and FaceTime or telephone coaching for everyone.
We will start with a free, no obligation conversation about what you would like to achieve.
After that the sessions usually last for an hour and move at a pace that suits you.
Coaching is not counselling or psychoanalysis.
Coaching works because the coach believes that you already have all the knowledge and skills you need to chieve your dreams, I will just help you to think it through.
Coaching concentrates on "where am I now" and "where do I want to go".
A good coach will never tell you what to do!
